1. Introduction

Welcome to EuroSanit. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases. By using our site, you agree to these terms. EuroSanit is a brand of Euromenager BV (Meerstraat 303, 1840 Londerzeel, Belgium — VAT BE0411967413).

2. Products

We sell bathrooms, kitchens and related equipment (cabinets, sanitary fixtures, taps, shower systems, worktops, sinks, hoods, etc.). Consumer prices are shown including 21% VAT. On-screen colours and dimensions may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders and payment

Payments are handled securely by Stripe (card, Bancontact, iDEAL, SEPA). We do not store card details on our servers. An order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full.

4. Delivery

We deliver within Belgium, the Netherlands, and other European countries on request. The standard delivery window is 2–14 business days after payment confirmation. A tracking number is emailed to you when your order ships. Delivery is made at ground level; for large packages the driver may ask for your help with unloading.

5. Returns

Under Belgian law you have a 30-day right of withdrawal, counted from the date of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. Custom-made or already-installed products cannot be returned. Returns within Belgium are free of charge.

6. Warranty

All our products come with a 10-year guarantee on structural defects. Defects caused by misuse or incorrect installation are not covered. The 2-year statutory consumer warranty always applies.

7. Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the products concerned. We are not liable for indirect damages such as project delays, loss of income, or damage caused by third-party installers.

8. Data protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the GDPR.

9. Governing law

Belgian law applies. The courts of the Brussels judicial district have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to a consumer's right to bring proceedings before the court of their domicile.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. New versions will be published on this page with an updated "last updated" date. The version that applies to your order is the one in force at the moment the order was placed.
